Our company put in a complete 9 camera security system more than a year ago with 2 big screens, recording DVD, etc. . Surveillance Tech was fast, efficient and delivered great value. We have had one service call for a failure of the slave screen (our stupid fault--a house keeper turned off the switch--very embarrassing but Luis didn't even charge us for sending out a tech to push a button. He should have.) All and all, a great company. As a result, they are busy so be patient. They are always out in the field, actually working.

The quality was horrible and I got what I paid for. Within a few days, I returned the camera kit which was TOTALLY UNUSEABLE and called Surveillance Technology. I did spend more, but WOW what a difference in quality and more importantly useability.
